The Markham Speed Skating Club welcomes people of all ages, skills, and objectives to participate in the sport of
indoor short-track speed skating for recreation, competition, and, above all, for fun.
The Club is located in Markham, Ontario, Canada, at the northeastern outskirts of Toronto.

In the current 2009-2010 season;

• we are celebrating our 20th. anniversary
• we hosted our first OSSA-sanctioned race meet on December 5th. to celebrate the Olympics
• several Club skaters will compete in the Ontario Short Track Age Class Championships in Ottawa on March 13-14
• other skaters will compete in the Ontario Regional and Masters Championships in Newmarket on March 20-21
• our last skating session will be on Friday March 26. No more ice after that!
