MOUNT JOY ARENA

The Mount Joy arena is located at 6140 16th. Avenue, which is an east-west aligned road in Markham.

The driveway to the arena is about 100 metres east of the road which runs north-south through the old centre of Markham:
this road has three names: Main Street Markham, Hiway 48, and Markham Road.

The most direct route from Hiway 401 or from 407ETR is to go north along Markham Road.
The most direct route from Hiway 404 is to go east along 16th. Avenue.
Traffic congestion may favour other routes.






The arena is set back about 200 metres north of 16th. Avenue beyond a pond.
The driveway to the arena runs along the west side of the Brother André High School building.
One sign on 16th. Avenue at the driveway indicates The Mount Joy Community Centre,
and another one indicates the Markham Soccer Club.
